Fitness Classes

 

Timberlane offers a bike studio and a stunning sun-filled fitness studio where highly desired classes are enjoyed by members and taught by the best and most passionate instructors in the area. Our schedules are flexible and you will enjoy choosing from an array of lively class options.

 

Fitness Class Descriptions

Pump - If you like a challenge this muscle conditioning class is for you! There is no co-ordination required for this class! Just a desire to tone up and have fun to some great tunes!

 

Extreme Pump - A Pump Class with cardio intervals mixed in to keep the heart rate elevated and the blood pumping!

 

Pilates - A class for all fitness levels, focusing on Stott Pilates based core conditioning and strengthening.

 

Outdoor Run - Bring your running shoes and get an invigorating workout through the trails of Aurora.

 

Outdoor Cycle - Bring your bike for an invigorating workout riding through the trails of Aurora.

 

Yogilates - An awesome combination of basic yoga-based stretching and pilates-based strengthening postures.

 

Core - A combination of muscular resistance and core training. Lots of abs and back work, along with sculpting of the major muscle groups.

 

Extreme Core - A core class with cardio intervals mixed in.
