Spin & Strength: A perfect workout. This will consist of 45 minute spin followed by 30 minutes of strength training in studio B

This class is an endurance ride designed for those individuals who would like a similar riding experience to being outside on the roads and mountains. You will experience various terrains, from flat to seated hills and out of the saddle climbs. The focus will be on form, tempo, resistance and various levels of intensity.
Heart Wise Spin - This is a great way to introduce yourself to the love of spin. Learn the proper techniques and proper bike set up to make your rides enjoyable and safe.
Bike FIT - A spinning class that focuses cardio and muscular speed, strength and endurance. Athletic drills are incorporated to provide and intense workout.
Pedal Pump - You know cycling is fantastic for cardiovascular training, calorie burning and an all around strong lower body. Add in some upper body and core strength to make you now feel complete.
Metabolic Disturbance - Intervals, tabata sequence, athletic drills are a few of the ways your body will be challenged and in the end on of the most effective ways to promote weight loss and see change.
60:10:10:10 - This 90 minute program is designed to train the cardiorespiratory, muscular and nervous sysmtes while maximizing caloric expenditure. This workout will challenge your endurance, strength, power, range of motion and balance. It is designed to provide a complete body workout.
