Spinning Classes


Please come to class 10 minutes in advance to receive instructions on bike set up. Don't forget your water bottle! Please note: Call reception anytime after 7am the day of to book your spot.

 

Bike - A spinning class for all fitness levels offering a fun and exhilarating cardio workout. 

 

Bike & Abs - A spinning class for all levels followed by an abdominal workout.

 

Tour de France - If you are looking for a spin class that simulates an outdoor, riding experience then this class is for you!  This class is an endurance ride designed for those individuals who would like a similar riding experience to being outside on the roads and mountains. You will experience various terrains, from flat to seated hills and out of the saddle climbs. The focus will be on form, tempo, resistance and various levels of intensity. 

 

Power Pedal - An hour of invigorating cycling for all levels. Form, tempo and resistance will be focused on, with varying levels of intensity and speed.
