Game Time Online

Our Online Game Time Booking service allows you to book courts online! Below we explain step by step how to use our Game Time service.

Procedure

Initial Setup

1. Click on the orange "Game Time" button located on the right side of our website.
2. Click First Time User
3. Enter your last name
4. Enter your club number (4 digit membership number) 
5. Click Submit
6. Setup email confirmation
7. Click Submit
8. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT IN ORDER FOR A TRANSACTION TO BE COMPLETED, YOU WILL ALWAYS NEED TO CLICK SUBMIT

Court Bookings

1. Click Tennis at the top of the page.
2. Click any courts that have open times (no 1/2 hours are allowed-all bookings are on the hour) for the desired date
3. Follow prompts on new screen. Always use Last Names to bring up members. Click onto the appropriate member's name in the dialogue box to enter player 2, 3, or 4.
   
4. Once completed, Submit
   
5. YOU SHOULD NOW SEE YOUR BOOKING ON THE COURT SHEET.

REMEMBER - CALL-IN BOOKINGS ARE STILL AVAILABLE! (905) 727-4252.

Lessons can be booked up to 7 days ahead with restrictions noted on the 'court booking procedures' page. Put coach's name as Player 1.

Canceling a court: Players may cancel their own court as long as it is not within 24 hours of the booking. Within 24 hours: players must contact the front desk to cancel (905) 727-4252.

Options: click on 'Options' located just above 'REGISTRATION' in the top right portion of the page. This allows you to monitor and utilize some of the great features of this system.

Features

Game Seeker (on each daily court booking screen)

Allows you to seek a game on the day and time frame (morning, afternoon, evening, anytime) of your choice.

You can indicate your level of play and the (minimum) level of play that you are looking for. You can also put a message in the system (i.e. friendly game, practice hit, etc.). The Game Seeker link is above the court booking sheet on each day. It shows how many players are seeking a game on that day, so that anyone can click on there to find a game. If you want to join the 'game seeker' for a game, contact him/her to confirm. Make sure that the contact info on your profile is accurate.

Wait List (Located in the upper left corner of the court booking screen)

This feature allows you to indicate what day and time(s) you are waiting for and it will send you an e-mail when a court opens up that satisfies your parameters.  Please call the club to confirm or cancel your booking after you receive the e-mail.

Upcoming Player Matches (click on "Options' - upper right corner of court booking screen)

This section allows you to view your upcoming matches as well as delete any matches that you have booked. You can click on any match that is displayed to view your opponent and the details of the match.

Request Extra Players (on screen that pops up when you are booking a court)

Book the court on the day and time that you would like to play and put your name as 'player 1'. If playing doubles - add the other names that are playing with you and leave the other players blank. Indicate singles or doubles play. You can list up to 20 club members as 'Friends' in your profile (when in your profile click on 'my friends' on the left side of the screen). Now if you click on 'Friends' - an e-mail will be sent to each one of them asking if they want to join your game. If you do not indicate 'Friends', the court booking will appear orange and 'add players' will appear to let others know that they can join your game.

Message Center (on each daily court booking screen at the bottom of the page)

Reminders, Upcoming Events and News will be listed at the bottom of each booking sheet.
