Preventative nutrition covers all aspects of wellness, including diet and nutritional awareness, physical fitness, stress management and gaining a sense of responsibility for ones lifestyle choices and their effects on one's health and well-being.

 

Timberlane Athletic Club has a very qualilfied Nutritional Consultant on staff, Kim Harper-Daynes,who can give you practical advice on Nutrition and Wellness.  She provides nutritional plans that are realistic and fit into your lifestyle.  Nutritional Counselling services provide the motivation, accountability and support that you need to achieve your nutritional goals.  Your consultant will help you to make long-term changes  - not quick fixes - to your eating habits and nutritional intake. She can insure that changes to your eating patterns are on-going and become part of your lifestyle.

 

In todays fast paced world, we may not be getting the nutrients we need for our body to function optimally to provide an overall feeling of wellness.  A Nutritional Consultant can help you make sense of the food you eat and determine your specific nutrient requirements in order for your body to achieve  and maintain wellness, and also to recover and heal.
